Import to Ukraine
For shipments with a declared value (excluding delivery) not exceeding the equivalent of €150 – no customs duties are charged.
If the value of the goods in the shipment exceeds €150, an import duty of 10% on the amount exceeding €150 will be applied, as well as VAT of 20% on the value exceeding €150, including the duty. An additional customs brokerage fee also applies.
Example
Product value = $219 (≈ €200)
Import duty = (€200 – €150) × 10% = €5 (≈ $5.50)
VAT = (€200 – €150 + €5 duty) × 20% = €11 (≈ $12)
Total customs fees = $5.50 (duty) + $12 (VAT) = $17.50
